Your payment with mypura.com can fail for several reasons, most commonly because your card has expired or there are insufficient funds in your account.
The below error will show on your subscription page. Simply select Please update your payment details and then fill in your new card details if your card has expired. Then enter your new payment details and click Update Card. When you're ready to attempt payment again, simply click Retry Payment to process your order.
Please note: We’ll automatically attempt to take payment for a subscription order for a maximum of six times. If we are unable to successfully take the payment after these attempts, your order and Pura subscription will be cancelled.
