Pura – Nappy Guy Prize Promotion Terms

  1. THE PROMOTER

The promoter is Pura – (a trading name of MyPura.com Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12120792) whose registered address is 3 Worley Court Bolesworth Road, Tattenhall, Cheshire, England, CH3 9HW) (“Pura”).

 

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

    1. The competition will run from 8am on 27th September (the "Opening Date") to midnight on 30th June 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
    2. As part of the competition Pura will hide a “Nappy Guy” voucher card on ten different packs of Pura products in selected Morrisons stores in the United Kingdom.  In these terms we call these ten packs of Pura products the “Winning Packs”.
    3. To win you must locate and purchase one of the Winning Packs.    
    4. Each of the vouchers on the Winning Packs has a unique code that can be revealed by scratching off the silver panel on the voucher.  To claim your prize you must e-mail Pura at hello@mypura.com together with your unique code and proof of purchase.   Pura reserves the right to require you to send the actual voucher to Pura to support your entry.
    5. Whilst Pura will give clues as to the location of the stores at which Winning Packs can be found through its social media channels, it can accept no liability for any travel costs or time that you incur in seeking the Winning Packs. 
    6. All prize claims must be received by Pura by no later than11.59pm on the Closing Date. All prize claims received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    7. Pura will not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, mislaid, damaged, regardless of cause or for claims that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
    8. By submitting a prize claim, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    9. If a prize is not claimed (or the relevant prize claim is refused (for example the claimant is not eligible to participate or the claim is not in accordance with these terms), Pura is not required to reallocate the prize or issue further Winning Packs.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

    1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
      1. employees of Pura or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of Wm Morrisons Limited or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      3. employees of agents or suppliers of Pura or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
      4. members of the immediate families or households of the people names at 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 (inclusive) above.
    2. Pura will not accept prize claims that are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
    3. Pura reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

 

4. THE PRIZES

    1. There are ten prizes available to claim (and each of the unique codes refer to one of the available prizes).    The prizes are:
      1. 1 prize of a “year’s supply” of Pura nappies & baby wipes (being 72 packs of nappies, 144 packs of wipes)
      2. 1 prize of a “year’s supply” of Pura nappies (being 72 packs of nappies)
      3. 1 prize of a “year’s supply” of Pura baby wipes (being 144 packs of wipes)
      4. 4 individual prizes of “one month’s supply” of Pura nappies! (being 6 packs of nappies)
      5. 3 individual prizes of “one month’s supply” of Pura baby wipes (being 12 packs of wipes).
    2. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    3. Prizes will be sent by post within 7 days of a successful claim being made.
    4. Pura does not accept any responsibility if you do not accept delivery of the prize.

 

5. WINNERS

    1. Pura must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Pura will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails hello@mypura.comor writes to the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
    2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Pura hello@mypura.com In such circumstances, Pura must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

6. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

Pura will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy policy – https://mypura.com/policies/privacy-policy. See also condition 5.1 and condition 5.2, with regard to the announcement of winners.

 

7. GENERAL

    1. The decision of Pura regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Pura may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
    3. This competition is in no way affiliated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram or any other social media platforms upon which it may appear. 
    4. Pura reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    5. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this competition wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
