We’re sure you’ll love our eco awesome products, but we do offer a hassle free, cancel anytime policy. Simply sign in to your mypura.com account and go to Account. Click on My Subscriptions, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel. A pop-up box will appear, click on the reason why are cancelling and click Submit. Your subscription is now cancelled, you can reactivate at any time by signing in to your mypura.com and clicking on My Subscriptions and clicking Re-activate on the subscription you want to reactivate.
