Orders to most UK destinations are sent on a next day delivery service with DPD. Orders placed before 6pm (Mon-Fri) and 2pm (Sat-Sun) will be dispatched the same day.

All Trial Packs are shipped with Royal Mail on a 3-5 business day delivery service or for Republic of Ireland they will be sent via DPD two day service or may be sent Royal Mail Intl Economy which is a 4-7 Day service.
You'll receive updates from our courier by email and/or text message with a one-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
